Success On The Spectrum Castle Rock is Hiring an ABA Behavior Technician (FT) Near Castle Rock, CO
- High School diploma required.
- College degree preferred.
- Experience working with children for 1yr. in a 1:1 setting.
- 1 year of ABA experience or 1 year working as a Special Education Assistant, Direct Support Professional, or Autism Experience.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication.
- The employee must be able to lift 35 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation to the SOS clinic.
- Must be available M-F 7:45-4:30 pm.
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
- Implement behavior support and treatment plans.
- Work directly with our BCBA Supervisor and implement ABA therapy programs.
- Starting salary is $20/hour with opportunities for professional advancement.
